A brilliant lawyer with particular expertise in commercial dispute resolution across sectors, including technology, Stephen has successfully argued cases from the High Courts of various jurisdictions to the Appellate Courts on behalf of financial institutions, other corporate bodies, and multinationals. He has advised a number of startup tech companies.

Stephen is author of the new Stephen Legal Digest and Founder of the well-read Stephen Legal Blog.
