Serena Francis is Resource & Business Manager at Infusion Lawyers.

Serena is a development professional with a decade’s worth of experience in human-capacity building. She has a BSc in Accounting from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State; MSc in Human Resource Management, Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE); and she is a Quantum Business School-certified expert in business development.

As a business-development and digital-marketing trainer, Serena has served as a member of the Meta Trainers Network from 2018 to 2021. She trained over 4000 entrepreneurs under the Meta Boost project.

Serena is the Founder / Team Lead of SuperWoman Organization, a social-impact organization that builds and celebrates young female changemakers in Africa since 2012. Through SuperWoman Organization and her passion for fostering women’s development through SDG 4 & 5, she has impacted over 7000 women cumulatively through skills development. Over 105 Next Generation Female Leaders have been celebrated so far through the SuperWoman Under 30 Awards Project.
