Christine Temiede is an Associate at Infusion Lawyers, with a growing focus on startup law, venture capital, and ecosystem development. She collaborates with founders and growth-stage companies to establish solid legal foundations, ensure regulatory alignment, and prepare for investor backing.
With interest and experience in program management, Christine brings a distinctly operational perspective to her practice. Her current work centers on guiding entrepreneurs through structural and compliance landscapes, translating legal requirements into clear, step-by-step operational strategies.
Core Focus
- Startup & Venture Advisory: Structuring corporate entities, establishing early governance protocols, and building legal readiness for pitch competitions, acceleration, and seed funding.
- Regulatory Compliance: Mapping statutory requirements for emerging tech and startup ventures, designing compliance roadmaps, and advising on operational risk.
- Intellectual Property Strategy: Identifying, securing, and managing proprietary brand and technology assets to support commercial valuation and growth transactions.
Having spearheaded notable initiatives—such as The Gathering Pitch-a-Thon (in partnership with MTN) and the Startup Development Center Launchpad—Christine blends legal rigor with project execution. She continues to build specialized capacity in corporate administration, dispute management, and venture funding dynamics.
A graduate of Redeemer’s University (LLB) and the Nigerian Law School (BL), Christine is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) and a Graduate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). Away from her legal and program management work, she enjoys immersing herself in books, watching C-dramas, and unwinding with movies.
