Jude Terna Ayua is a lawyer, writer, and creative artist. He has keen interest in Digital Law practice, Information Technology Law, and Intellectual Property Law. At Infusion Lawyers, he is a member of the Blockchain & Virtual Assets Group. 

Jude advocates for a balanced, rights-based approach to regulation of technological innovations including cryptocurrency. He is diligent, keen on details, and strives always for excellence. An ardent researcher, Jude has authored several articles on various law subjects, including blockchain regulation, FinTech, and intellectual property; and the subjects of leadership, religion, and politics.

Jude graduated from Harvard Divinity School (HDS) in 2024 with a Master of Theological Studies. An advocate for justice, interreligious and communal peace, ethical leadership and professional practice, his area of focus at HDS was Religion, Politics, and Ethics. 

A Bachelor of Laws holder from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (2019), Jude crossed the law firm’s path when as the team lead of the Faculty of Law at the Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC) pioneer National Moot Competition, 2019, he emerged as the 1st-prize winner, where Senator Ihenyen, Lead Partner of the law firm, was one of the judges. 

Jude is a certified Commercial Mediator with Commercial Intermediates and a policy analyst at Cryptoassetbuyer.com (CAB) where he reports and writes on recent developments in crypto policy and regulations. He is an author, career consultant, and author, passionate about helping people find their purpose and living fulfilling lives.
