He also provides reliable innovative legal and extra-legal services to local and foreign entrepreneurs, innovators and firms. This involves exploring, protecting, and maximizing innovations through legal solutions to help businesses succeed.
He is a key member of the firm’s Governance & Compliance Practice and Experience Economy Practice. He represents clients in interfaces with regulators, currently leading the firm’s office in Abuja FCT.
With professional interest in electronic sports (esports), new media, and startup funding, Tobechukwu has been developing expertise in these areas. He drives the firm’s Esports, New Media & Entertainment as well as the Private Equity & Venture Capital initiatives.
Tobechukwu is a member of Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL) ICT and Entertainment Committees; Stakeholders in Blockchain Association of Nigeria (SiBAN); Esports Nigeria; Lagos State Esports Association (LSEA); and African Esports Association (AESA). Tobechukwu is also a certified mediator and conciliator, a trained Data Protection Officer (DPO), an esports enthusiast, and a 2D whiteboard animator.
