Pamela Victor Ibitamuno is an Associate at Infusion Lawyers. 

Pamela is a lawyer with keen interest in the intersection of law and technology, including artificial intelligence, blockchain, cybersecurity, FinTech, and Web 3.0.

Pamela is a cybersecurity researcher with focus on governance, risk management and compliance (GRC), data privacy, and information security. As a cybersecurity researcher, she currently works with Cybersecurity Experts Association of Nigeria (CSEAN). She has a certification in Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking from Rivers State ICT Center.

Though she has developed a keen interest in business law and startup-advisory, Pamela continues to develop her legal knowledge across various fields of law. 

Pamela is a member of She Codes Africa, a non-profit organization focused on celebrating and empowering young girls and women in technology across Africa. She is also a member of She Secures, a global community for women professionals and enthusiasts in cybersecurity. At Diary Of Hackers (DOH) where Pamela provides legal guidance, Pamela applies her knowledge in cybersecurity to help combat cybercrimes. She has spoken in a few events on blockchain technology, information security, and data privacy.
